HoeKey is a small, free tool that lets you create numerous shortcuts in the keyboard, and each one completes a different action. Thus you can get more out of your PC and also save time.
Its configuration is simple, just press the Windows key together with the Q key, and then click on Edit Config. The whole configuration is done via the notepad. Thanks to HoeKey you can open, by pressing a key, the notepad or the Google page in your favourite browser, and also increase or decrease the sound volume in Windows.
The program has the advantage that you can also create shortcuts for Winamp, so that you can assign keys for play, pause, advance, rewind, etc.
